Original soccer balls are something special. After all, the professionals play with exactly these balls and so you can also feel a bit like a pro when you buy an official game ball.
There are some freekickers and foot golfers who swear by specific balls. For example, this is the Jabulani from 2010, which flutters slightly, but still has wonderful flight characteristics overall. In return, there are collectors who may even have an autograph on the unused ball. The question arises for both target groups:
How much is an original ball worth now?
Many different factors play a role here. These are
- the availability on the market,
- the state of the ball and consequently
- the purpose of usage.
In the following I have once listed the World Cup balls from the past decades and on the one hand wrote the then new price, the current used price and the current new price next to it. The prices are based on the current demand on ebay. The prices are at the level of the last revision of this article.

If you have a better suggestion for the current value of some balls, you can send it to me as a comment. Above all, I’m also looking for some prices, as you can see from the question mark.
