How To Repair a Punctured Soccer Ball

At first, you have to let the air out of the ball, so you can put the sealing into it. Not as extremely as in the picture. If no more air comes out, it is enough.

Now you have to take a can of Tire Fit or Fix-a-Flat. Put a ball needle into the outlet. Most of all ball needles have a thread for car valves. These are absolutely fine.

Now put the needle into the valve of the soccer ball and fill in the sealant. Hold everything straight together so that the foam gets only into the ball. Choose a proper underlay.

Take as much of the sealant-gas-mixture until the ball got pumped up. Now you already could play with it. For a better distribution place the ball with the puncture downside to let the sealant flow in this direction.

Now take the needle out of the ball. Sometimes, when the valves are older, some of the foam comes out. But don’t worry if it stops after some seconds. Otherwise, you have to change the valve.

After filling the ball, the parts have to be cleaned properly. Otherwise, they become matted and they are not useful anymore. You can use the material several times.
